It is nice but dated. The backyard has a lot of potential. For the price, it is a good deal if you are going to update yourself, but if you were contracting, I am estimating another $20k-25k for a good updated face lift. Nice find though!!!
I think it is expensive because the following needs replacement: The cars driveway, the front yard landscape, the back yard landscape, the roof, and other misc items whip was not shown. I think $175 is the right price for it.
